Ben Crooks

Over 20 years experience in the Retail Industry. Spent his early days in a busy design department learning the retail design trade including product design and space planning. Returned to Trent Uni in 1997 and since accepted onto Masters course in Interior Architecture & Design.

Since then has worked at most management levels including Key Account Manager, Design & Development Manager & Commercial Manager culminating in running the UK division of a £60m international retail manufacturer. Experienced in design, development, manufacture, procurement, value engineering, logisitics, project management & tender pricing. Worked with many Blue-Chip clients including Boots, Dixons Group, Carphone Warehouse, Tesco & Superdrug.

Craig Windle

Started his training as an electrician on various sites before progressing on to having an HND in electrical engineering and contracts management, in addition to the site management safety training scheme (SMSTS).

Having had a ‘larger company introduction’ working in line with ISO9001 standard documentation, later winning a ROSPA award for health and safety in the work place. Since then has experience in management on prestigious projects including a number of ‘John Lewis’ super stores both having a total project value upwards of £5 million. This included design and procurement, managing straight from tender stage and managing the project through to practical completion.
